   Actually, there's no "retirement plan" associated with prisoner's work,   
   mainly because it is not a job, per se, but an activity.  You're in prison   
   because you were found guilty of some crime, not because you applied in a   
   want-ad for a job.   
      
   Chances are, if you're in long enough to be worried about retiring, you   
   won't be much use in any other job capacity.
