   Look for Arizona to go Privatized.  The idea is being seriously considered   
   by our Legislature as I write this.   
      
   Even though we tried shipping 1000 inmates off to a private camp in Texas a   
   few months back with disasterous results.   
      
   But maybe Don is right about all this.  Maybe the business world operating   
   with a free hand and an eye for the bottom line constantly in focus will   
   result in an incarceration industry that is truly cost effective.   
      
   As for me, I honestly have a moral problem with anyone incerating people for   
   fun and/or profit.
