   Victims of the incarceration industry have always been compelled   
   to obtain training in mentioned trades. Prisoners' slave labor in   
   those occupations subsecuently had been exploited by the   
   institutions where they have been locked up, as well as in   
   sweatshops, after their release (if they are "lucky" anogh),   
   where their labor being perpetually exploited unfairly. Those   
   prisoners who declined such "an offer" are penalysed through   
   placement into prison insede of the prison, AKA "hellholes"...   
      
   This is an obvious factor for those occupations being always in   
   demand by the sweatshops, which is evident from ads in the   
   "classified" section of every newspaper.   
      
   Therefore I suggest to keep your advice for Lefty as discrete as   
   possible, because making a dsigracefull offer for sommeone to get   
     undignifying, unsafe and underpaid job is extremely immoral.   
   But you may roll your "news" article tightly and shove it as far   
   as you can into your ofifice where sun does not shine and away   
   from others" view, so that they won't be offended by your stupidity.
