Brings to light some insane crap one asshole was trying to perpetrate in
here a while back:
He said he was entirely innocent of the drug charges he was convicted of.
He said he was innocent because by the time he was arrested, he hadn't been
dealing drugs for 3 months. After more questioning, it was discovered he
also felt he was innocent because he knows he only had X amount of drugs in
his possession when in reality, he had been charged with having more -
essentially, "I am innocent of possession of 10 kilos of Coke because I know
I only had 9."
I wonder if item 7 should have a corollary to cover this?
