It's likely the case, as he knew why he       was       > going in BEFORE he went in, yet only arranged the payoff AFTER the I.D.       was       > concluded. Obviously the identification proved something went on Jackson       > couldn't sufficiently explain.                            Chrissy, your opinion clearly shows that the jury system cant work in the       US. Too many people like yourself who are so uneducated that they would       allow their mind to confuse suspicion with presumption of guilt.                            > > 3) Suppose he goes to prison, guilty or not. His lawyers will       > work out some freakish deal where he'll serve house arrest, or be under       > constant doubled guard.                     Poppycock.                     > The convicted go into this environment. It's something we like to call       > punishment.       > 12 people decide the evidence and testimony suggests you did the crime,       then       > you do the time. It's how it works. Don't like it, get the laws changed.                     I have changed the laws. All of them. Would you like to read the laws that       I've rewritten on my own behalf ? I'll be happy to show them to you.                     > It is not up to these prosecutors in California to remedy problematic       prison       > conditions. It's their job to decide upon prosecuting criminal offenders.       > Under the current laws, such situations would be relegated to other       > departments. But you already knew that, right?                     Wrong. I have never heard a prosecutor complaining that he feels uneasy that       the guy he just convicted for car theft or smoking pot might wind up getting       raped or murdered in prison. I have never heard them crying out at the       inhumanity of such a situation. Instead, there is tremendous competition for       the job of prosecutor. People are chomping at the bit to pull the switch on       someone, as long as they can get away with it.                     > Nobody's trying to kill Michael Jackson. Whether they should be or not,       is       > not my place to say.                     I'd say that it's quite obvious that they are trying to cast him down into a       world where he will be killed withing weeks if not days. Every kook with a       hardon for fame will be trying to take a stab at him just so that they can       make it into the last chapter of his bio, and everyone knows it.              Thsi is exactly the same way that they murdered the priest - John Geoghan.              And, as disgusting as pedophiles are, the crime does not rise to the level       of murder. Thou shalt not kill - this is one of the big 10. There is no       commandment regarding sex - except prohibiting adultery. So the priest       commits a lesser crime, and the state responds by arranging his murder. How       convenient. This is what they want for Michael Jackson as well.              It's elementary my dear Watson -              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
