   I certainly was at my home in Canada then... But by then there   
   was no USSR, and former Russia was renamed into Churkia, which is   
   short for Churkistan. It was the time when I just returned form   
   my another trip to the old country. (But this time it had a "new   
   and improved" name.)   
      
   That is the problem with you, MAX, just like with many other   
   americuns.  You do not follow the changes, and, being inflexible,   
   aren't able to adapt to even improvements that happened around   
   you since your last experience. You are also incapable of making   
   life better, easier and more fair for others, as well as for your   
   own self.
