   Not saying it'd be good or bad.  Fact is, if you don't have a means of   
   removing a sufficiently dangerous offender PERMANENTLY from the society,   
   frustration sets in, and you'll find alot more people taking matters into   
   their own hands.   
      
   That's like believing banning all firearms will stop violent crime.
