Does not constitute Murder.              This can be prosecuted. Do not be so naive to think that you may kill in       self defense. I knew a guy who got life in prison for it.              > War: Being a soldier is not against the law. And there is no       > premeditation during battle. Does not constitute Murder.              This is definately murder. This is wholesale, industrialized murder, and the       worst part about this type of murder is that they have convinced people like       you that it is like soccer, football or rugby. It is not.              > Automobile Accident: Does not intel premeditation. Does not       > constitute Murder. May or may not constitute       > premeditated malice. Does not constitute Murder.              It is definately killing, some people think that it is always murder, but       certainly it is murder in some cases. There are other cases, like Jeffrey       Dahmer, where murder is used to execute the prisoner because the state does       not have the death penalty. The two processes are therefore interchangeable,       and you can see quite cleartly that the STATE is GUILTY of MURDER as well.              > Personally I think       > it's more along the line of preservation of the species.
