   If you didn't WRITE IT, don't tell someone what it was intended for.  You   
   wouldn't know that.  It could only be a guess, Vadiot.   
      
   Maybe someone can contact the UN for a statement on what their document's   
   intention really is?  Of course, even then Vadiot will be arguing something
