   Face it, as long as we are willing to give up 75% of our paychecks, we can   
   give all our incarcerated little felon friends all sorts of privileges and   
   bennies.  Hell, we could make it so "humane" that it just didn't make sense   
   to get out and face the "inhumane" real world!
