   Me too.   
      
   I wouldn't mind, though, changing rules so that an absolute majority, rather   
   than a plurality, is required for most votes to pass. Instant runoffs would   
   be nice, too.   
      
   However, as far as representation in at least one house of federal and state   
   governments, I am somewhat in favor of representational apportionment -- which   
   would at least give sufficient minority parties at least a small voice in the   
   government.
