   The case of the woman who murdered her children - even the husband, the   
   father of the children stated that she was out of her mind and not   
   responsible to be tried for murder.   
      
   Personally, I think that she had probably been drugged with PCP or something   
   like that. Thsi is a very common poison which is used to kill people 1/2   
   way, and they walk around 1/2 dead. It's a very popular poison, and this   
   accounts for the lack of regulation of it.
