   She shows an admirable level of restraint.  Given the realities of auto   
   traffic densities, road conditions, lighting, signalling, etc.,   
   high-speed persuits of criminals by police is akin to their taking blind   
   gunshots in a crowded area, and then blaming only the criminal for the   
   damages.
