   I always was attempting to brainwash this Hanky-Panky, but he must have   
   filled his head with excrements instead, and unable to understand that the   
   means of transportation are not the same as the lethal weapons.   
      
   He definitely does NOT belong to civilized society and ought to find a place   
   for himself to live with those who are on the same evolutional level with   
   him.  Their ilk are unable to manufacture any weapons, let alone - of must   
   destruction, but should not be allowed to be close to them.  Otherwise they   
   will be a danger to civilized world.   
      
   Shipping Hank is a good alternative, of course, if he refuses to go there on
