   Because there is no presence of even slight opposition to your fanatical   
   imbecility, and only because of your stupidity may allowed you to think so,   
   and to have such attitude, it does not really mean that you "can spank   
   anybody's ass anytime you want, when you feel like it, or if just decide to   
   do so with impunity"...  Because in real life, americunts' ass is always   
   being exposed and available to everyone who may slap it anytime so bad you   
   will be screaming in pain.   
      
   Americunts have always been spreading their cheeks to others, whether it is   
   only their own desire or others' wish, command, or any similar sort of   
   demand.   
      
   And yes, it's quite true that taxpayers' money is being terribly mismanaged
