   Turned the lights on. The kid ran and just kept going faster until they all   
   lost control. The cop was scratched up, the kid hurt pretty bad, his   
   companion unhurt and a young girl killed in a truck he hit.

   Yeah; think of the lives it would save- half a dozen in Denver alone this
