   I agree with you 100%. Whenever a citizen is killed by police there IS an   
   investigation. But in the personal experience I quoted you, no citizen was   
   killed, but the police were still wrong because the chase was terminated.   
   Please read what was written, not selectively what you want to see. And how   
   could you read into what I wrote that I feel that police are above the law?
