   I'm referring to those who have killed and are racing away.  If the   
   cop sees him missing a stop sign but says, "He's going too fast for a   
   traffic stop.  I'll just ignore him,' then a killer could get away.   
      
   If you think I'm blowing things out of proportion with this scenario,   
   replace killer with a drunk driver.
