   I'll bet crime rates were pretty damn low back then, and I'll bet the prison   
   budget wasn't squat.  Ever seen Yuma Territorial prison?  Now *that's* a   
   place that would teach an asshole that maybe a life of crime wasn't the best   
   choice he should be making.   
      
   Of course, the crimms wouldn't want that sort of thing happening, would   
   they?  They don't have any Rights to ice-cream or chunky peanut butter....
