President Bush was once quoted as saying that a SAM Battery was a weapon of
   mass destruction.

President Bush would also like to eliminate "threats" to Homeland Security.

There's no true comparison with Hitler, atleast for Bush, although I don't
   know Cheney all that well.

No, try again. Schwarzenegger said he admired Hitler's ability to persuade
people and speak in public. He admired Hitler's charisma.

True, but what has that to do with comparing someone to Hitler?

If you can't judge a man by his own merits, and nothing else, no sense
   talking about it.
No matter what Bush did, even if he masterminded the civilian casualties of
9/11 personally, he couldn't compare with the body count under Hitler's
   belt.

9/11 is a scapegoat. It always has been, and always will be. Like most
political chess pieces, 9/11 will be used, and abused, to the point of
absurdity. Remember Congress gave Bush the necessary power to go after the
perpetrators of 9/11. That was a mission.
We had a tragedy, we lost lives, we wanted to get those who did it. Bush
appeared to feel the same way, but with the near child-like attention span
we've seen him display many times, he lost interest somehow, lost interest
in justice, and began to point shaky fingers in many directions, claiming
many connections to al Qaeda, even sidelined the war on "terror" to
terrorize our own people at home by telling us spur-of-the-moment that we'd
be going to war with Iraq, "if Saddam didn't just give up his seat and walk
away". Now, would you simply stand down and run away from your home if
someone sent you a letter claiming they were going to take it? Neither
would ANY Texan. The man was Governor of Texas, representing the wishes and
best interest of many, but knew nothing at all about being human?

I, for one, would not be surprised at all if, by the time the election rolls
around, another "convenient" 9/11-like attack occurs on our soil,
conveniently capitized upon by good ol' Bush, who of course only has our
   best interest on his mind.
