Correct.
The court decision applied to one inmate in the Everglades Correctional
Institution.
As the article says:
"A little more than a month after adhering to an inmate's request for kosher
meals, the Florida Department of Corrections has said kosher servings will
soon be available to Jewish inmates at any state facility, upon request."
So the state department of corrections decided to offer Kosher food to those
requesting it, state-wide.

So you've demonstrated that you did some calculations and attempted to claim
the article noted these numbers.
But the filthy Jew hater doesn't really care that food for a special reason
might cost more. He only cares when the special meal is for Jews.
