   He's  a  sociopathic stalker  and I just cannot shake this MO parolee loose.   
   His deal is  he likes to phone in false police reports.  He boasts of   a   
   fashion  by claiming to be a bail-bonds  service,  to the point the   
   assumption of ligitimacy,  that REAL enforcement  came into my home one   
   night, many months ago,  and terrorized my entire family.     Rick Gurley   
   eventually  shared with  the entire Internet  how he pulled off  his coup   
   and  refers to people in enforcement  as SUCKERS, many times, to fulful his   
   sick agenda!   
      
      
    He likes to post people's credit bureau reports  to the Internet  without   
   permission and has had his boss' Experian account revoked.
