    "... nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of   
   law."   
      
      
   If they cannot deny you life, liberty, or property without due process [as   
   described in other parts of this document], this implies a right to have   
   acquired and been in possession life, liberty and property (no puns or   
   innuendo intended by use of the word, "possession"), in order for a due   
   process to occur wherein any of these may be removed or withdrawn.   
      
   Cars are property. You have a right under the fifth amendment clearly to   
   acquire and keep property.
