   Well, I have to say there's too much catering to religion in   
   prison in many ways, and they should start tightening up on   
   all of it.  Let's start with the biggest spenders first, such   
   as Texas paying Christian faith groups to preach in prisons ...   
   can you say "spending tax dollars catering to individual faiths"?
