   All right.  Let's say for argument's sake I accept this bullshit   
   definition.  So, I believe in God.  But my God is very distant,   
   so distant that he has no effective connection with anything   
   happening in the universe today, or at any time in the measurable   
   past.  Further, he created nothing, for there was nothing to create.   
   I have no contact with him, take no action to worship him, do not   
   pray to him, in fact do not think of him as a "him".  But I still   
   believe in him, so technically at least I have a religion, even   
   though in fact it's the null religion.   
      
   That's what that "no freedom from religion" argument leads to.   
      
   Next thing, we'll be hearing the First Amendment guarantees only   
   the right to freely have a political position, but you must have   
   one, you cannot be positionless.  The First Amendment does not   
   guarantee you freedom from speech.  Yeah, right.
