   Lets nto just blame all of the torture on Saddamm. He had plenty of "elves"   
   helping him to do the dirty work.   
      
   Personally, I would like to see more effort to go after the low level   
   torturers and prosecute them as common criminals against humanity. Saddaam   
   might have been directing the band, but he could'nt have played all the   
   instruments.   
      
   I am completely in favor of a drawn out prosecution of every Iraqi PIG   
   whoever tortured folks over there, or otherwise throwign their power around   
   like PIGS, yes I said _P_I_G_S_ , you cant just pin the whole thing on one
