   Do you have what exactly license and degrees, in order to make this   
   diagnostic conclusion?   
      
   I witnessed quite a few trials during my work at the courts, but even for me   
   this is something new.  Do you know the name of the judge who made such   
   ruling, or the name of the convict who was convicted and sentenced by it?
