   What would you like to bet that the Government has found out that a man is   
   far easier to control after he has been gang raped a few times. :)   
      
   In other words, prison rape is part of the system, not a "problem" that   
   needs being fixed. It will indeed only escalate if it actually works as   
   planned. Most of the inmates are black or non-white. Slaves have far better   
   "attitudes" after they've been institutionally conditioned. Prison rape is   
   institutional conditioning for processing slaves.
