          Again,  the majority of these are of these are drug dealers   
   resolving business disputes that they can't take to court or inner   
   city minority males killing each other in duels.       Such are more   
   likely to respond to social changes,   such as drug decriminalization.   
      
           Personally,  criminals killing each other doesn't concern me   
   nearly as much as the rarer case of criminals killing innocents.   
   For this,   I suggest  wider-spread concealed carry,  which Professor   
   Lott assures us does work.
