What do you consider "hateful and unprofessional" with respect to offenders?
Or for that matter the admin, advocates, job, etc.?

Do we need to fall into lock step behind every decision that is made by
Administration? Is every decision they make the "right" or "best" decision?
Is every Administrator the best person for the job? Or, like in most
industries, do we tend to promote and hire those people best suited for ass
kissing the person ahead of them?

Are we expected to just take it with a grain of salt when some inmate acts
out and exposes us (and perhaps even our families and loved ones by proxy)
to Hep C, AIDS, etc. Is that OK? Just part of the job?

Are we supposed to support all the inmate advocacy groups who appear to have
only one thing on their minds: Namely making life easier and easier for
inmates, ensuring the consequences for their anti-social behavior are less
and less, and all the while making the working conditions more and more
dangerous for these same people who you won't allow to voice their concerns?

Does "Professional" = "Automaton" in your dictionary?
