   Most definitely not nowadays. And I'm in the conservative Deep South. I   
   believe that there is a lot less of that where nadacomin is.

   While I've personally never been threatened with termination, and have no   
   fear of going back to the job market and receiving a minimum wage job, I   
   will admit that SOME (although definitely not all) of my administrators are   
   of the poorest quality, and that MOSTof them tend to be rather heavy handed   
   when supervising staff. My theory on why this is is that these people have   
   learned their management styles through supervising inmates and have carried   
   that over to supervising staff.
