   Not so.  We are both, in varying ways, paid to modify inmate behavior.  You   
   can't be a victim unless you have failed at this.  And if you consistently   
   fail at this, you do not belong in prison, whether or not you have been

   There is a big difference between being put at risk to be vicitmized, and   
   being paid to be victimized.  People who expect the worst of an inmate will   
   always receive it.

   Then, as a counselor, you know that it is futile to lead someone into a path   
   where they do not first WANT to go.  Apply that here, and you'll see why   
   your position towards nadacomin is self-defeating.

   I'll tell you what there is to respect.  As near as I can tell he gets up   
   every morning and goes to work and does the job that he's paid to do.   
   That's enough from any CO to earn my respect.  As for the whining, bitching,   
   and crying, respect for that is enshrined in the First Amendment to the   
   Constitution.
