   If preventing death of innocents was the true concern, the   
   relevant statistic would be the number of murders.   To reduce   
   the number of innocent people killed, the  the number of murders   
   must be reduced.   At the present time, wrongful judicial   
   execution are non existent or trivial.   I do not propose to   
   worry, or debate, trivial numbers.
