I'm so tired of all the hoopla about the terror alert level(s) I could   
   puke. I think Bush and his cronies raise and lower it to achieve their   
   own ends. Approval rating down? Raise the terror level.   
      
   Now that the terror level is up we dont hear any more about Halliburton   
   and their overcharges, or about Bush saying Halliburton will repay the   
   overcharges.
