Read more of his posts. While nadacomin is not exactly optimistic, he
   is more realistic than pessimistic.

Maybe you should have more respect for most people? He doesn't need
to be officer of the month for me to respect him,; he just needs to do
   the job.

Does he? Does someone who is realistic and frank about their feelings
and attitudes make us look worse than somebody who constantly tows the
party line despite any disagreements or frustratiions he might have?

Well, maybe he does. But I'll take somebody who is honest and real
any day over someone who hides who and what they are. Which is not to
imply that you are not being honest and real in your own
self-expressions, as I am hardly in any position to judge that.

You are confusing the real world and the usenet world. Nadacomin
   posts anonymously for this reason.

No apparently about it. Law enforcement people are people too, and we
have just as many black sheep among us as there are black sheep in the
real world. Stewie and dummydog will be more than happy to provide
you with some examples if you keep following this group.

Just out of curiousity, how long have you been working with an inmate
   population?
