   Some of them have this little cricket-like chirp, which while quieter also   
   gets on your nerves after awhile.  I think the horn is just a waste, as   
   while it might be perfectly alright in downtown daylight inner city, you   
   just might wake the whole neighborhood up doing the same while coming home   
   at 2 or 3 in the morning.   
      
   It's disturbing, unncessary, and if anything it attracts attention "Hey!   
   Yuppie with car alarm!  Come steal me!"   
      
   One of my neighbors once had the Viper System installed in their car.  This   
   is even more annoying when it goes off.  I'd rather not be kept awake by the   
   rantings of a Cylon ordering someone to "stand back" over and over again.   
   Made me want to shove them into their own trunk, and drive it into the   
   river.
