Unknown objects are assumed to be weapons.

   A dangerous policy to follow.

The candy bar, cell phone, sock etc., can, and have been, used as
   justification for execution.

Would you execute one of your family members if they refused to drop the
   screwdriver?

Yes, they threaten people with their guns whenever they are unsure of
   anything.

   Imaginary threats justify executions.

   Terrorism.
