Failure to yield to an ID check is one thing. Failure to drop your
potentially deadly weapon is another thing.

There is no excuse for not backing up one's accusations with facts and
   figures.

   > This is exactly why Bush and the US are hated around the world.

The US is hated around the world because it allows the voices of the few to
stand for the voices of the entirety. There are people who believe that
because our President got elected what we citizens must believe in
everything he does. Sad, but such is life.

   > More innocent lives were killed in Iraq than soldiers.

   Of course.

   > More non-combatants were killed in Afghanistan than soldiers.

   No surprise there either.

Not the US policy, but the "war policy". When at war, the victor may do as
he or she likes. It's been that way for every war, in every nation, since
the first Neanderthal picked up a pointy rock or stick. It's what leads up
to that war that makes one question the integrity of the decision-making
   process.
