   It's 2045 in America and a prisoner has to be transfered between   
   facilities:   
      
   Handcuffs, high security locked   
   Leg irons, high security locked   
   Shock belt that doubles as the waist restraint the others are   
   connected to   
   Steel locked collar   
   A ventilated gag   
   Black opaque hood.   
      
   The prisoners are loaded in batches of 8 into a fully windowless (for   
   the prisoners) transport van, chained together at the neck and at the   
   waist.
