   As I said once, after passing a beautiful and hyper   
   over priced building in Cambridge... and I'm   
   paraphrasing here:  Maybe money won't make you happier   
   but the views are better!

   One of those, a cheap one, was going for $900k but   
   that was maybe 20 years ago. And a big one, with a   
   river view, I dunno. A couple of million at least.   
      
   AND, there's at least one penthouse. I think two.   
      
   So even if being rich wouldn't make you happy, you
