   Drug therapists, police... so many of professionals   
   honestly do ignore the person in front of them,   
   focusing on a book or webpage they truly believe   
   tells them everything they need to know about the   
   patient they're ignoring.   
      
   If we're speaking of hard drugs, addictive drugs,   
   all long-time addicts are liars/manipulators. They   
   have to be. Drugs are hard to find, extremely   
   difficult to afford and almost always come at the   
   expense of food, clothing, shelter... the necessities   
   of life.   
      
   A wino on the street can get drunk for a few bucks,   
   an opiate addict can't even begin talking about it   
   for less than... what?   
      
   The say percocet is $6 to $20 minimum, and a hard   
   user is going to need a minimum of two. And that   
   kind of dose is good for 4 to 8 hours.   
      
   Matt the addict actually complains that Fentanyl   
   isn't that good, because it doesn't make you "Warm"   
   the way real opiates like morphine do, so that   
   encourages you to take more... increasing the risk
