   When you wish things were better, remind yourself that   
   things could be worse. There are people all over the   
   world right now who would jump at the chance to trade   
   places with you. And if you and Sliders have it right   
   about the multiverse, there are versions of you in   
   other universes who wish they could have the life   
   you have now.
