It's really this amazingly simple, junior:
If there is a widespread conspiracy to reject
evidence for Don's claim of a rigged election
in 2020, and it cannot be aired thusly, then
the imperative to save this democracy would
sensibly fall on presenting it all out of any
court.
That would place it in the public arena for
all to see and hear. That'd be the mass medias,
social and mainstream.
That would entail a mock-up court - a "Judge
Judy" arrangement - that would be televised
live where Don's legal team would be able to
present every shred of evidence along the same
guidelines as the conventional courts' rules.
A defense and prosecution presented with every
normally allowable piece of court-quality
evidence presented in full view of every citizen
with a cell phone, laptop, smart TV, etc.
Held in a room resembling a court with an
audience there.
If I was as adamant this constitutional governance
and its people were so gravely in danger of losing
their freedoms and having their democracy replaced
by a form of fascism, as you, Johnny and MAGA are
so convinced is happening now, I'd be pushing hard
to move the "trial" into a public media setting.
I'd not be, instead, banging my head against a brick
wall that supposedly has been erected by the Evil
Left to prevent full public disclosure.
The mock media trial wouldn't have any normal legal
authority to pronounce sentencing if there were any
guilty verdicts, but it'd be a powerful springboard
to demanding the case be brought into a real court
of justice.
Again, if I were as insanely "sure" this nation is
going to the left's radical dogs or to any other
evil group, I'd be fighting hard to get that public
mock trial set up. I wouldn't be wasting years of
blabbering about it, complaining the court system
is rigged, and uselessly wagging my goddamn tongue
every day spouting "facts."
Get those goddamned so-called facts fully fleshed
out in a public forum!!!
