   Yes, it's a shaved prime rib "Poutine."   
      
   And I made a chili the other night -- very common   
   with me -- whizzing a bunch of things in the mini   
   food processor to start...   
      
   You know, the concept is "mirepoix" but I usually   
   (almost always) take it further, throw in whatever   
   is handy, whatever I want to add for taste.   
      
   I did a small red bell pepper, for example.   
      
   Garlic.   
      
   A little fresh mushroom.   
      
   Not all at once. The garlic I always put in last,   
   only after everything else has had time to cook,   
   because I don't want it to get bitter.   
      
   So I have all this going, on low, I'm resting my   
   ass on the couch, TV going and I have this burning   
   sensation!   
      
   On my thumb! Immediately below the nail; I feel it   
   BURNING! And I look and... a piece of garlic!   
      
   Wow. A little piece of garlic must've got stuck to   
   my thumb as I was scraping it out of the mini food   
   processor... only to burn me?
