   That's a trope in our culture, but elsewhere people   
   are very often reincarnated "normal" people.   
      
   Reincarnation is a normal, accepted part of some religions.   
      
   But, yes, for us it seems that there's *Way* too many   
   queens and princes than there should be, far too few   
   infantry soldiers, prostitutes or chamber maids.
