   Ew! Temper, temper, junior! LOL!
   Let's break it down:
I've lost all my close family members, but not from
acts of violence. The usual "natural deaths" most of
   humanity has to endure.
I know very well what it's like to grieve. I'm sure
   everyone knows or will know.
The point of contention is that if Erika finds criticisms
of her style of grieving disagreeable or even vicious and
cold-hearted, the solution would be to grieve outside the
   various types of mass media.
Avoid the frighteningly deep ideological polarization and
all its nastiness by grieving among family and friends -
not among millions. And since she's making the rounds
quite often ever since her husband was murdered, doing
interviews and making speeches, it's a given in this awful
political rancor (with two assassination attempts on DJT
and a bevy of death threats on both parties politicians),
I would think the safest, sanest and most gratifying relief
for a lost loved one's family survivor would primarily be
found in private among family and friends.
Not make it an ongoing endless road show as Erika has sadly
   done.
I'd wager that Erika is angling for more than a release of
anger and sorrow, but attempting to use Charlie's murder to
garner support for her own agenda - which appears to be
a celebrity status equal to her spouse's.
That is the image that is creating criticism from the Left.
Capitalizing on a personal tragedy, and in a most dramatic
   style.
I have no problem with her style as I do with her
seeming attempt to gain celebrity status on, one might say,
   the grave of her spouse.
It's not like this social phenomenon hasn't happened before,
where a celebrity's tragic death has spurred a close family
member to exploit his or her popularity for personal gain.
It's the insanity of our sinking times, junior - a wildly
polarized nation going down hard with fanatics at its helm,
and fanatics reacting to them down below to the street level.
A recipe for civilizational denouement if not tempered. A
most dangerous era where passions are peaking and the fallout
   is foreboding.
