   Is he upset that we did nation building in Germany   
   and Japan after World War II? Did we help them be   
   better nations than they were during that war?   
      
   Nation building can be a good thing if it's done   
   properly. Especially for the people of the country   
   that's being rebuilt. But it will be better for us   
   and for the whole world, too.

   Yes, it's a blessing that it seems to be going very   
   well, so far. The flow of drugs from that country   
   into our country will be stopped, and the increasing   
   flow of oil from that country will be good for many   
   countries -- as well as for the people of Venezuela.
