   It's a park on the outskirts of Metro Vancouver   
   where someone can be both in the United States   
   and Canada at the same time without going through   
   border control 'agencies'. Of course it just a tiny   
   park, like a fish bowl, where you can't go anywhere   
   else. I wonder if she got arrested in the park which
