   IF you have excess amount of [Source A] but what you really   
   want is oil, you can use your excess [Source A] to turn   
   Bitumen into oil. Otherwise you're going to stretch your   
   energy resources much further using [Source A] to power

   there's always going to be people ready & willing to pay for

   to worry about EXCEPT all the bad guys looking out for them.

   The future is geothermal.   
      
   There are "Volcanic" hot spots all around the world, some   
   of which will quite literally destroy civilization -- it's   
   a "When" not an "If" -- so drawing off that energy could   
   very well extend the length of our existence. It's not akin   
   to trees, where if we go mad cutting them all down for a   
   fuel we will extinguish our own supply, destroy the forests   
   and all life dependent upon them. Geothermal can be viewed   
   as an inexhaustible supply which, if NOT drawn off & used,   
   is eventually going to blow up in our face anyway.
