   like 80,000 single family homes -- driving up prices and   
   rents along with them.   
      
   They are far from the largest predatory home-buying   
   corporation.

   The Good:  When families are no longer competing against   
   massive corporations to buy homes, the prices will do down.   
   And when buying is cheaper then demand for rental property
